Refund/Cancellation Policy

In the event of disappointment from our service, clients have the freedom to drop the wallet service and solicit a refund from us. Our Policy for the refund will be as per the following:

Upon the successful purchase of points, cardholders can make a request to a refund through our customer support via ” Contact Us ” within 48 hours if the credit remains untouched in the Wallet.

Once the refund is successful, the refund amount will be credited back to the same card that you used during the points of purchase. 

Please be informed that we will not accept any refund request after 48 hours from the purchase of credit.
